ABOUT KUWAIT CALEDONIANS
Welcome to Kuwait Caledonians.
We are a non-profit organisation, promoting our unique Scottish culture in Kuwait. Following with our traditions, our social calendar includes Burns Night (complete with haggis and bag-pipes!), St. Andrew’s Ball, Ceilidhs and the occasional Quiz night.
These are fun nights bringing together not only Scots (chance to wear your kilt) but many other nationalities. On these occasions Kuwait Caledonians manage to raise substantial amounts for children’s charities, one here in Kuwait and one in bonny Scotland.
We also have informative coffee mornings for ladies. This is a relaxing way to meet fellow Scots and others, especially if you are new to Kuwait.
Membership is free and open to all who enjoy the Scottish culture.
The Kuwait Caledonians is run by a voluntary committee who work together liasing and organising events hence enabling our members to follow our Scottish traditions here in Kuwait.
